Our field technicians are experienced, extensively trained, and dedicated to getting your hot tub up and running as quickly as possible. Our vans are fully stocked with the highest quality parts so most service calls result in your spa being back up and running after the first visit. This minimizes repeat visits and helps save our customers time and money. Most contractors hired to repair spas are not factory trained hot tub specialists. Typically, they make one trip to attempt to diagnose the problem and order parts; a second trip is scheduled to make the repair with the hope that the initial diagnosis was correct. "We obtained our original spa with our house when we bought it in 2004. The spa was there for at least 12 years and was in bad shape, but we decided to see if it could be fixed. We really wanted to have a running spa. Pools & Cues & Spas, Too sent out a very pleasant young man who let us know what had to be done to get it running and how much it would cost. We had him do the repair and then the spa was running. The entire experience was great. We felt very confident the young man knew exactly what he was doing and talking about, and it wasn't nearly as costly as we thought it would be. In 2008, we got rid of the old spa and purchased a new Jacuzzi J-345 spa from Chris at Pools & Cues & Spas, Too. We haven't needed service on our new spa yet, but if we do, we know we will be treated like we have been so far."

Jon the service manager did an excellent job! My hot tub stopped working after a power outage and Jon came out and put in a temporary circuit board to keep the hot tub running while he brought our circuit board back to the shop for repair. It turned out to be a couple of capacitors that they were able to replace and save me the cost of a new circuit board. Jon then went above and beyond when he replaced a couple of fittings and tube that he knows could be trouble down the road. You don't get service like this from anyone. I highly recommend calling Jon if you need service. Outstanding!
