Our store

Our policy goal is to satisfy our customers by exchange, refund, or repair, as outlined in this policy. If you have any questions, please contact us!

Return Policy is 30 days from the date of purchase on all unused items with original receipt.

Return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase on defective items with original receipt. (If applicable, see the item’s warranty through it’s manufacturer for additional return or replacement options.)

Defective items will be exchanged for the same item of equal value or if the same item is no longer available, a similar item of the same or greater value will be given.

Any Refund will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

If original payment was paid by a check, return will not be granted for 5-7 days after the date of payment or until check clears our bank. Return will be paid by check.

Store credit will only be granted for all unused items returned without a receipt.

No refunds on Gift card / Gift Certificate Purchases.

Must have original Gift Card receipt to reissue a lost, stolen or damaged gift card.

We are not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards/gift certificates.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for orders canceled after 3 business days.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted on Chemicals.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted on Fuses and Light Bulbs.

No refunds will be granted on Electrical Parts, only exchanges.

No refunds on inflatables, only exchanges (this includes manufacturer’s defects.)

There is a $30.00 fee for returned (“bounced”) checks.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted on Winter Covers due to a manufacturer’s defect. Customer must consult exchange with the cover’s manufacturer (manufacturer warranty paperwork was included with cover.)

Exchanges of Winter Covers purchased as “wrong size” due to customer’s inaccurate or “guessed” measurements will be subject to a 25% re-packaging fee.

Exchanges of “unpackaged” Hot Tub and Swimming Pool Filter Cartridges purchased as “wrong size” due to customer’s inaccurate or “guessed” measurements will be subject to a 25% re-packaging fee.

Exchanges or Refunds of Hot Tub Covers purchased as “wrong size” due to customer’s inaccurate or “guessed” measurements will not be granted.

Certain defective products may be repaired in-store.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any item(s) left at our store longer than six (6) months.

As applicable, we follow all manufacturer’s warranties.

We are not responsible for any damage to property or any injury, from any chemical or any product or item, once the chemical or product or item has left our store.
